Here is a quick and easy solution. Use one of these easy service and add it to your email:

FileDropper
This service is easy, and allow you to upload up to 5GB. Yes, it is easy and is the only one I know which allows the large file size of this kind. The uploaded file is displayed on a bar showing the progress of the upload. Once your file is uploaded, a URL and an embed link is provided for you to share with others. Can’t get easier than this!
Sample of an embedded file:

<div style=font-size:9px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;width:127px;font-color:#44a854;> FileDropper Free File Hosting

Try also

Tell me your favorite.

We have everything from AIM to Yahoo!Messenger, then Skype and MSN Messenger, to Facebook and MySpace, RSS, recently with Twitter and Google Wave, and now the Google Buzz!

Google Buzz is yet another tools that provide more ways for people to keep in touch and share with the whole world their thoughts and views. What I like most from this new technological tool is the ability to view photos (and video?) full screen. You can connect with your existing websites like Flickr, Picasa, or Twitter and those websites will “Buzz” your followers of additions or updates. You can also post interesting links just like you already do in Facebook.

So what’s your thought with all of these social media and communication tool? Is it really helping us to connect and form better relationships and stronger community? I hope these new developments serve to enhance rather than replace our human connections with one another, the deep bond with the planet we live on, and the intimacy with the Divine Artist and Creator who shared life and love with us.

The number of websites that provide videos are exploding. This is made possible because of the drop in cost of bandwidth for content providers (Netflix is an example) to deliver it and an increase capacity and demand from the end user to access it. Many devices (roku, PS3,Xbox…)in the last two or three years are capable of connecting to the Internet as a medium, with Wifi leading the way, and more and more are able to show video. This combination provides more choices for the viewers.

Asides form popular websites like YouTube and Hulu, or Blip.tv, we now have websites like PBS (see Video.pbs.org) that provides their programs online.

This got me thinking:
How does the ability to access the videos, whether for entertainment or informational purposes, affect us? Are we better for having watched these videos or not?

How can we use these video contents to shape our world, our particular communities, and our own lives so that life is more meaningful and enriching?

I was fascinated with communication ever since I was a child. Some of you might be old enough to remember playing the tin cans connected by strings game

I have been reading a lot of information about the many technologies that emerges within the last 5 years. I used to use Dialpad back in the dotcom era. I have been using Skype for a while now and am satisfied with its quality and price, especially “unlimited” calling within the US and Canada. I am playing with Gizmo5 now, as it promises to combine Yahoo Messenger, SIP, Gtalk, AIM, and other services in the convenience of one program. I use GrandCentral to direct calls to both my landlines/cellphone and Gizmo 5 client, also known as the Gizmo Project (answer online so I can save my minutes:).

I will post another time about the results of my research into using Asterisk (and variations like trixbox, which have sugercrm integrated) for a flexible and powerful PBX box. There are others in the market as well (like SIPfoundry; ), but Asterisk seem to be the most popular and widely used. You can read more about open source PBX at this website.

For now, I am also testing out TringMe. This service allows visitors to a website to call me or leave a message by simply clicking on a button and talk. No need to install any software or dial any number.
Try it below:

The phenomenal impact of the opensource movement has spread during the last five years. Among the successful ones are Mozilla Firefox (which has more than half a billion downloads at the end of February), OpenOffice, and Ubuntu Linux. But besides that, the open-source movement has not only created good softwares, it challenges the way we used to think, work, and live. This movement is an invitation for people to give and receive. The results of this movement can and have made an impact on people’s lives. Visit FreeRice.com or The Hunger Site and see for yourself.
